Aston Chase was formed by Mark Pollack and Richard Bernstone in August 1985 to act as a niche agency dealing with high calibre property in Central and North West London. It is one of the recognised market leaders in the Regent's Park, St John's Wood, Little Venice, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Hampstead Garden Suburb and Highgate areas.
In 1995, Michael Sulkin came on board as a director in order to consolidate and expand the existing core business in St John’s Wood, Regent’s Park, Hampstead and Marylebone.
