Howard has always been interested in real estate and he joined Aston Chase in 1997 to utilise his skills and talents in a niche market. Since joining the company, Howard has become renowned for his exceptional negotiating skills and he has an enviable track record for extraordinary sales achievements. He is very well known for his extensive property knowledge of Central and North West London.
When not at work, Howard is a passionate charity fundraiser and in 2010 he unwittingly set a Guinness World Record for the ‘solo’ 24-hour endurance karting event he held at the Teesside Karting Circuit. The event raised over £10,000 for ‘Help for Heroes’, the not-for-profit organisation that supports injured veterans and their families, but it was almost two years later before Howard was informed that he had in fact set a new world record for his efforts. Howard in 2013 had another go at the 24-hour solo raising over £30,000 for various charities and was on target for beating the record but the poor weather at the time hindered his chances.
This year he is undertaking various cycling challenges and the main one is from the North to South of Israel over 5 days to raise much needed funds for the charity Norwood.
