Top-end London estate agency Aston Chase has recruited former Knight Franker Craig Draper as an Associate Director.

Craig Draper has joined north London estate agency Aston Chase, as the firm doubles the footprint of its Regent’s Park HQ.

Top-end London estate agency Aston Chase has recruited former Knight Franker Craig Draper as an Associate Director, and promoted company stalwart Max Curtis to the same level.

The new appointments come as the central and north west London specialist agency expands its Park Road HQ, opposite Regent’s Park, taking over the adjoining premises to double its footprint.

Draper has been in the London property world since 2007, moving into prime residential sector when he joined Greene & Co in 2011. He moved to Knight Frank in 2015, working initially in the Marylebone office before being promoted to Partner and Hampstead Office Head in 2019. He has generated fees of over £1m a year, including personally handling some £50m-worth of sales at the Chiltern Place development alone.

His new gig at Aston Chase will see him work across the business, with particular focus on helping to develop the agency’s Central London activities and supporting the New Homes team.

In addition, Aston Chase has promoted Max Curtis from Senior House Sales Negotiator to Associate Director level, after a decade with the firm.
