Sales Support/Office Administrator

JOB SUMMARY

Aston Chase is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help support our team of seven sales negotiators (Houses & Flat Sales Departments) as well as manage the day-to-day duties of the office.

The position (front of house) is team secretary focused and encompasses tasks such as preparing terms of business, sales letters, sales particulars, general correspondence, updating of website/portals and database management. However, the role will also include general office administration duties including but not limited to: answering phones, distributing mail, banking, stationary/office supply orders, office management duties (being the sole person responsible for dealing with our office suppliers), organising and ensuring office maintenance is up to date, preparing meeting rooms, organising lunch and other social events as well as making travel arrangements for Directors, etc.

The successful candidate will also be the Duty Officer for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance (training will be provided).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Microsoft-based software, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in one’s personal appearance and work.
  • Property experience (particularly with using Reapit) would be advantageous but not required.
