EMBARK ON AN INTERNATIONAL CYCLING CHALLENGE IN BURMA TO RAISE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR NORWOOD!

Friends & Family

In November, we will be cycling over 400km alongside tandem riders through rural idylls, undulating landscapes, gruelling hills and mixed terrain from Mandalay and Bagan to Yangon in order to raise necessary funds and awareness for NORWOOD.

Bios:

Kat Vambe of Aston Chase:-

Kat, the fitter, healthier of the pair (obviously), cycled her first international ride for Norwood last year in Death Valley…now…Zach has challenged her to compete against him and how could she decline? Kat also cycles daily for her commute to/from work…will Swains Lane ever get easier?!

Zach Madison of Savills:-

Zach has recently completed his first London marathon with an exceptional time of 4h9m for the Westbourne Park Family Centre…(Kat isn’t scared)…he also cycles regularly on his single gear bike!

Both Kat & Zach work for rival local Estate Agents in St John’s Wood/Regent’s Park but have put their rivalry aside in order to raise as much money as possible for Norwood!

Norwood supports vulnerable children and their families, children with special needs and people with learning disabilities. Norwood provides vital services for 7,000 people across London and the South East — at home, at school and throughout their lives.

  • Through Norwood’s social work and counselling services Norwood helps families struggling with issues such as addiction, bereavement, abuse and separation.
  • Norwood works with over 300 schools across the UK, enabling them to ensure that children with special education needs and disabilities are given assistance in the classroom.
  • Norwood provides residential and supported living accommodation to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Norwood helps people to find work, learn new skills and lead independent lives.

Your generosity and support will go a long way to help those who benefit from Norwood every day.

Thank you so much!
