It’s spread across 5 different floors and it also comes with a garden and parking space. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. On the ground floor, guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready to use. It opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor, guests will also find a toilet room and a utility room. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 1 super king-size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features an en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms are clean and neat. The top floor features a modern and bright studio room, ideal to get some work done. The house offers high-speed WiFi throughout. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
